We are presenting our first ever developmental event designed to give athletes direct access to the world’s most successful coaching methodologies.
We will pair immersive classroom theory with intensive on-field application, providing players with a professional-grade technical analysis and a unique blueprint for their own athletic growth.

World-Renowned Coach Educator & Technical Expert
For our inaugural event, we are ecstatic to host Xavi Ferrando, a specialist in elite youth development and communication methodology. Xavi is world class because he is as effective with Foundational players as he is with First Team Pros.
Xavi’s career spans the highest levels of global football:
FC BARCELONA (15 Years): A veteran of the world-famous La Masia youth system, Xavi spent over a decade as a contributing member of the coaching staff, eventually overseeing the U19 age group and delivering the Barça methodology to the next generation of professional talent.
AL SADD SC (Qatar Premier League): Served on the 1st Team coaching staff under Head Coach Xavi Hernandez, contributing to QSL and Emir Cup championships.
BANGLADESH NATIONAL TEAM: Currently serving as the Assistant Coach and GK Coach for the National Team, competing at the international level.
ELITE CREDENTIALS: Holds the prestigious UEFA A License and UEFA A Goalkeeping License, representing the pinnacle of Global coaching certifications.

By analyzing game moments and film from top pro levels, we provide athletes with the tactical context needed to master on-field concepts and the self-awareness to identify their own strengths and areas for growth

Coupled with our World-Class Guest Coach, Xavi Ferrando, this three day event offers an unprecedented opportunity for athletes to engage in direct discussion with experts from the highest levels of the global game.
Every on-field session is personally designed and led by our guest expert and supported by Boston Kickers Coaches, ensuring a high-intensity training environment that bridges elite methodology with local talent.

Open to all dedicated Field Players & Goalkeepers (U9–U19) ready to experience a professional training environment.
Groups are arranged by skill level.
Boston Kickers is CLUB-AGNOSTIC. There will be players and coaches from every level - grassroots to pro. All are welcome to attend.
In order to adhere to our elite player-to-coach ratios (6:1), spots are limited. First come, first served.

4.5 hours on the pitch

$400 registration fee ($53.33 per hour)
6:1 PRO RATIO: Exceptional individual attention. We prioritize a low-density training environment to ensure every player receives constant, personalized feedback.
PERSONALIZED ANALYSIS: Your archetype and player blueprint. Every athlete receives a written technical and tactical evaluation to guide their long-term development.
BARÇA METHODOLOGY: Direct mentorship from the source. On-field sessions are personally designed and led by coach Xavi Ferrando.
INTEGRATED CLASSROOM: The "Why" behind the "How." Daily film review and tactical theory sessions to master the sophisticated language of elite soccer.

February 17–19 during February Break. Three days of total immersion. Choose your age-specific block and train like the pros during the February break.
First 30-60 minutes are in the classroom followed immediately by 90-minute on-field training.
SESSION SCHEDULE:
U10–U13: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
U14–U16: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
U17–U19: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM*
*Day 3 will be 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

This is the best indoor facility in Massachusetts. Full field, fully heated, and centrally located. Classroom area is right next to Bubble #2 (where we will be training).
